is recruiting for the following post:
TITLE OF POST: COMMUNITY AFTERSCHOOL?S KITCHEN OPERATIVE
(PART TIME- **APPLY ON THE WEBSITE** HOURS PER WEEK- MONDAY- FRIDAY)
REPORTS TO: Team Leader of Dolphin House Homework Club
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and have experience
working in a kitchen. Experience working with children and young
people is preferred but not essential. The main areas of work include
preparing, cooking & serving nutritious tasty meals and snacks for the
children in the homework club daily and one evening a week within the
youth club. The person would need to follow health and safety
guidelines and clean and sanitise the kitchen on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate would have an understanding, of the needs of young
people in the area and be willing to participate in relevant
training/courses as required.
Successful candidates are required to complete Garda Vetting process.
This is a yearly post subject to funding.
